    1. Company Information

    These terms govern services provided by Topnotch Roofing & Property Maintenance Ltd, operating across Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. Contact: tnroofing073@gmail.com / 07402 875706.

    2. Quotations

    All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices include labour and materials unless explicitly noted. Any additional work discovered during the project will be discussed and agreed with the customer before proceeding.

    3. Payment Terms

    Payment terms are agreed on a per-project basis and outlined in the written quotation. For larger projects, staged payments may be requested. We do not require full payment before work begins. Payment is due upon satisfactory completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    4. Workmanship Guarantee

    All work completed by Topnotch Roofing is covered by a written workmanship guarantee. The duration of the guarantee is specified in the project quotation. Material guarantees are provided by the manufacturer and passed through to the customer. If any defect arises from our workmanship within the guarantee period, we will return and rectify it at no additional cost.

    5. Insurance

    Topnotch Roofing & Property Maintenance Ltd holds full public liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request. We carry appropriate cover for all work undertaken on residential and commercial properties.

    6. Access and Site Conditions

    The customer is responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the work area. We will discuss access requirements before work begins. Any obstructions, hazards, or access limitations should be communicated at the quotation stage. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if site conditions differ materially from those assessed during inspection.

    7. Weather Delays

    Roofing work is weather-dependent. We will not carry out work in conditions that compromise safety or quality. If work is delayed due to weather, we will reschedule at the earliest safe opportunity at no additional charge.

    8. Cancellation

    Customers may cancel a booking with at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled start date at no charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a reasonable fee to cover materials already purchased or time allocated.

    9. Complaints

    10. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
